Headache & Nausea
Headaches are painful on their own. When paired with nausea and dizziness, they’re debilitating. We help you find the relief you’ve been desperate for — and craft preventative plans for the future.
Stop letting headaches and nausea disrupt your routine.
You can’t plan for a headache. When they arrive, it’s usually on short notice. A headache and nausea – or worse, a headache and vomiting – will cause you to cancel plans on the spot.
Whether you’re backing out of happy hour, skipping leg day at the gym or missing a meal with a friend who’s just passing through Chicago, the frustration is unbearable.
Don’t let it keep happening.
At the Chicago Headache Center, we’ve spent the past decade focusing solely on headache relief and headache prevention. We’ve treated more patients than we can count, and we’re confident we can get you back on your feet, too.
We’d love to help you, just like we helped all of these patients:
Powerful treatment solutions that beat over-the-counter meds.
It’s true that some over-the-counter medications can provide temporary relief. Do you really want to spend your life worrying whether you have enough Excedrin left to make it through your work day, though?
If you’re taking over-the-counter medications for headache, nausea and dizziness more than a couple times a month, there’s a good chance you’re suffering from a chronic condition that needs more than just a quick fix like ibuprofen.
Medication is just one solution, and it’s not always the best one. Everyone’s case is different. At the Chicago Headache Center and Research Institute, we offer a wide variety of treatment options beyond medication, including acupuncture, botox injections, biofeedback, physical therapy, vitamins, supplements and more.
We know how to develop the right headache treatment plan for your specific case.
Pinpoint the cause of your headache and nausea.
Of course, treating the immediate issue is only the beginning. Getting relief in the here and now is important, but what most of our patients truly want to know is how to prevent headache and nausea in the future.
We’ve dealt with literally thousands of cases over the years. The Chicago Headache Center and Research Institute has the expertise needed to determine the source of your pain.
Once we know why this is happening to you, we can shift the focus onto how you can prevent future bouts of headache and vomiting, dizziness, etc.
From nutrition counseling to changes in diets or physical therapy regimens, we can help put your headaches and nausea behind you, so you can get back to living your life.
